3M is a company that values innovation and creativity. We are seeking an experienced Indirect Tax Manager to join our team in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all indirect tax matters in the EMEA region, including compliance and advisory services.
  • Develop and implement strategic approaches to indirect tax matters, including VAT recovery and ESG taxes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive business initiatives.
  • Partner with global shared service centres to ensure effective indirect tax compliance and audit support.
  • Manage outsourced service providers to support technical, process, or project needs.
  • Collaborate with the tax technology team to drive transformation projects and ERP implementations.
  • Communicate with tax authorities on tax controversy and audits.
  • Support indirect tax matters related to business transformation and supply chain projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or tax from an accredited institution.
  • Significant indirect tax experience, preferably with a 'Big 4' background.
  • Indirect tax knowledge with a broad EMEA scope, including international technical topics.
