About the Role

Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Improvement Clerk to join their Systems Support Area. As a member of the Support Team, you will play a vital role in maintaining data quality and configuring clinical systems to meet the requirements of the Trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in data quality programs for major systems to ensure information provided to customers meets national data standards and requirements.
  • Configure Rio and Rio Mobile user accounts.
  • Identify and escalate/correct erroneous data, escalating to the Lead or nominated representative/deputy.
  • Participate in Trust-side deployment testing activities pertaining to functionality and local set-up.
  • Monitor data quality on systems against agreed standards and liaise with key staff to effect improvements.
  • Analyse and cleanse data extracted from clinical systems in use.
  • Produce data quality reports and liaise with team managers, user groups, and development teams to resolve issues and improve community data quality.
  • Recommend and implement remedial action to improve data quality.
