Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at Halfords. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
">About the Role: As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle faults, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our team of experienced technicians to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults using industry-standard diagnostic tools and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring complete satisfaction with vehicle repairs and maintenance
Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will require a solid understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques. You must also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A recognised qualification in vehicle maintenance or repair would be advantageous.
">Benefits: In addition to a competitive salary range of £30,436-£35,672 per annum, you can look forward to an average uncapped bonus of £8,000 per year, with opportunities to earn more based on individual performance. We also offer a refer-a-friend scheme and a generous joining bonus for new starters before 31st October.
