Operations & Sales Administrator - Technology Specialist

We are partnering with an education technology specialist to deliver high-quality IT systems and support to independent schools and colleges.

This role involves providing internal support to sales and operations, as well as daily interactions with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Assist with sales and operations tasks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and operational goals

Requirements:

  • Passionate about customer service and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A Levels or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar sales support/administration role desirable

Salary: £30,000
