As our FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in simplifying and improving our reporting capabilities, providing insightful information to our leadership and Board. You will collaborate with executive management to establish financial and strategic goals, and develop and lead the annual financial planning and budgeting process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of monthly financial reports and analyses to senior management.
  • Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and develop dashboards to track performance against goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Previous experience building and simplifying financial models.
  • Strong understanding of data flows and ability to manipulate.
  • Strong business partnering experience.
  • Accounting qualification.
