Job Title: Crushing Screening Assembly Fitter

At Hunter Savage, we are seeking a highly skilled Crushing Screening Assembly Fitter to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining machinery and equipment used in the crushing and screening industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble crushing and screening machinery according to technical drawings and specifications.
  • Install machinery at client sites, ensuring all components are properly connected and operational.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, replacing parts as necessary.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to verify the functionality of equipment.
  • Provide technical support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding the equipment.
  • Train clients' personnel on the proper use and maintenance of the machinery.
  • Ensure all assembled equipment meets the company's quality standards.
  • Document all work performed, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical or vocational training in mechanical assembly, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the crushing and screening industry or a similar field.
  • Experience with heavy machinery and industrial equipment.
Working Conditions:

Ability to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and components. Flexibility to work overtime and travel to client sites as needed.
