Youth Justice Support Worker Role Overview
At Service Care Solutions Ltd, we offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Youth Justice Support Worker to join our team in a Semi-Independent Supported Accommodation Home. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to children and young people during nighttime hours.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Safeguarding young people and ensuring their safety overnight
- Building trusting relationships and providing emotional support
- Supporting young people in developing independence and life skills
- Maintaining accurate records of events and care provided during shifts
We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications and experience:
- Qualifications in Social Work, Youth Justice, or Criminal Justice
- Experience in high-risk settings and working with mental health needs
