We are seeking a passionate Senior Youth Worker to join our team in supporting girls, young women, and non-binary individuals in creating their own hopeful futures.

This role involves building trusted relationships with clients, promoting anti-oppressive practices, and providing creative support to enable them to achieve positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support young people at risk of violence, abuse, and exploitation.
  • Develop and implement youth programmes to promote empowerment and self-expression.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide wrap-around support services.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality youth support services, working closely with our award-winning creative spaces team.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 28 days paid annual leave, excluding bank holidays.
