Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the development of life skills, including daily tasks and responsibilities
  2. Encourage participation in local activities, promoting a sense of belonging and connection among residents
  3. Maintain a safe and supportive environment, prioritizing the well-being and safety of every child
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for resident care

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience required
  • Valid driving license essential for supporting transportation needs
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective collaboration
