About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technician to join our team at Anderselite LTD. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a variety of projects, encompassing all stages of the design process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce detailed technical drawings and develop them into comprehensive construction designs
  • Create designs for joinery and masonry details for both construction and planning purposes
  • Coordinate with building regulations and produce detailed notes
  • Prepare thorough tender packs, including schedules and specifications
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with contractors and stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with our studio team to deliver projects from conception to completion
  • Conduct site meetings and regularly visit project sites to ensure smooth project execution
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • A degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technician
  • Proficient in CAD software, with experience in Vectorworks being an advantage
  • Knowledge of National Building Specification (NBS) software and specification writing
  • Strong project management skills and excellent communication and time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team
