Location: Cheltenham area

Salary: £35K - £40K DOE

RGB Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Architect or Architectural Technician to join their team in a stunning location just outside of Cheltenham.

The consultancy is looking for a professional with a wealth of experience and a logical approach to sustainability, the environment, and ecology.

They encourage and develop positive designs that provide excellent biodiversity benefits and innovative solutions across a range of projects from residential to large infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:

  • 3D modelling, visualisations, and presentations
  • Contract administration and producing specifications
  • Excellent UK building regulations and planning knowledge
  • Ensuring all deadlines are met to high standards
  • Experience using AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated approach
  • UK-based experience is essential
  • Access to own car due to being inaccessible on public transport links
