Job Title: Bid Analysis Manager

As a key member of the Sales & Marketing team, the Bid Analysis Manager will play a crucial role in leading and managing bids to ensure timely, high-quality submissions to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage bids to ensure timely submission of high-quality commercial offers.
  • Contribute to the overall Win Strategy, working closely with the Sales lead to develop and implement effective bid management processes.
  • Manage proposal development, ensuring the generation of professional, high-quality, and visually-appealing proposal documents compliant with customer guidelines.
  • Provide editorial supervision of proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Ensure a smooth handover during contract acceptance to the delivery team, briefing, and context, and traceability of estimates.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement opportunities for the company bid management process.
  • Operate in compliance with Chess Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policies, including with all partners and company representatives.
  • Track record of successfully leading winning bids in previous bid management roles in the defence industry.
  • Financial literacy and awareness, with experience using Microsoft Project.
  • Strongly self-motivated with the ability to sustain the passion and desire to win even in long bid/sales processes.
