Opportunity for an Apprentice

We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice to join our team to complete a recognised Teaching Assistant Level 3 Qualification while learning to work within a school environment and have a real impact on pupils' lives. As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice, you will contribute to the implementation of learning activities, evaluate lesson plans, and work independently in teaching groups and individual activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the implementation of learning activities
  • Evaluate the performance of lesson plans and improve for the future
  • Work independently in teaching groups and individual activities
  • Work in partnership with teachers to support and deliver lesson plans and objectives

As a member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary, 37.5 hours per week, term-time only, and a fixed-term contract of 18-24 months with the intention to go permanent after completion.
