Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Junior Legal PA or Legal PA/Legal EA to join our team at SC Staff and Consult.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to utilise their organisational skills and become a true right-hand person to lawyers up to Partner level.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within law firms as a legal PA/EA, at least at a junior level, and possess excellent communication and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary and email management and client contact
  • Billing process management with a commercial eye
  • Documentation creation and amendment in a timely manner
  • Client meeting arrangements including travel arrangements
  • Expense compilation and processing
  • Liaising with internal support teams

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
