Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective communications strategies to engage with our stakeholders and promote our organisation's vision and values.

- Source and publish stories of interest to our workforce, highlighting the achievements and successes of our team members.
- Develop and maintain our internal and external communications channels, including our website, social media, and email newsletters.
- Provide support to our events team to plan and deliver engaging events and activities that promote our organisation's vision and values.
- Proven experience in communications and engagement, with a strong understanding of the Defence sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
- Experience of managing websites, blogs, and social media platforms, with a strong understanding of digital communications.
