Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our Property team in Lichfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office, providing exceptional support to our staff, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a close team. You will be responsible for managing the building's mechanical and electrical infrastructure, procuring office supplies, and coordinating space planning and move management. Additionally, you will be the main point of contact for contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring they carry out work in a safe and responsible manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the building's facilities, including maintenance and repairs
  • Procure office supplies and services as required
  • Coordinate space planning and move management
  • Manage contractors and sub-contractors
  • Administer access control and CCTV systems
  • Ensure visitor control and record visitor information
  • Assist with new hire and termination processes
  • Proactively manage health and safety within the office space
  • Coordinate meeting setup and ad-hoc events
