About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Marketing Manager to join our Outreach and Engagement Unit within Sibylline's Relationship Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing outreach campaigns to source and develop new business opportunities, thereby expanding Sibylline's client base and market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email and Digital Marketing Campaigns: Produce compelling and innovative messaging to develop the Business Development pipeline in traditional, adjacent, and emerging markets, creating excellent written content to articulate our value proposition.
  • Marketing Research: Research new markets in line with our team's strategic objectives and produce messaging to land with those industries, analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform outreach strategies, and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services and evolutions in the market.
  • Events and Image Building: Identify and participate in industry events and networking opportunities, identify and develop speaking opportunities for our various subject matter experts, develop marketing and promotional materials around external and internal events, and collaborate with our corporate communications team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related degree of study.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, business/client communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to thrive in an electronic environment and utilize technology to deliver information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and (preferred) experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adaptable to conquering new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal, with English fluency) and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical and creative thinker, oriented toward continuous improvement, with a history of taking initiative and genuine intellectual curiosity.
Nice to Have
  • Pre-existing knowledge of the risk/security intelligence industry, and/or experience in an adjacent industry.
  • Professional and/or academic background in practitioner elements of geopolitics, intelligence, business continuity, and corporate resilience.
  • Brings a diversity of industry contacts.
Interview Process
  • Initial call with our Talent Acquisition team member.
  • Timed written assessment (arranged at the time that suits you) to test writing and analytical capability.
  • Panel interview with some of the team members and hiring managers at Sibylline and a presentation to present.
