Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in London Markets Insurance to join our dynamic team for a 6-month contract based in London. This role requires a seasoned professional who can navigate the complexities of the insurance industry, and effectively manage third-party supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure they are aligned with Agile principles and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Manage and coordinate third-party suppliers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services, maintaining strong relationships and resolving any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Development Teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on key Agile metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with significant exposure to London Markets Insurance.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Experience managing and working with third-party suppliers within a complex delivery environment.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
