Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team in Birmingham City Centre. This is a temporary role until March 2025, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will work full-time, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, with usual working hours between 9am and 5pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate court files and papers
  • Produce documents and correspondence
  • Update in-house databases
  • Prepare files for court
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email, letter, and telephone
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks, including photocopying, filing, and scanning

The ideal candidate will have 12-18 months of administrative experience and excellent customer service skills. They will be required to undergo a Basic DBS check and referencing as part of the compliance process.
