About the Position:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Senior Catering Assistant to join our team at Brightwork Ltd in Falkirk. As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our canteen services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Catering Manager in maintaining high standards of service delivery
  • Oversee the supervision and engagement of catering assistants and placements
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with current legislative requirements and Food Safety Scotland guidelines
  • Complete routine administration and communication tasks as required
  • Monitor and manage food waste and stock levels to meet customer needs

Requirements:

  • Current Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Relevant experience in catering or cooking in a commercial environment
  • Proven track record of working in similar environments
  • Knowledge of current legislative requirements and statutory compliance

Salary and Benefits:
