EVera Recruitment is seeking a skilled Mechanical Build Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our research and development department, you will play a pivotal role in the bespoke conversion of classic vehicles to electric drive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build client vehicles to meet exacting specifications.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to develop and refine build specifications and designs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed build records, ensuring compliance with quality assurance processes.
  • Identify areas for operational improvements, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Contribute to the development of continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in classic car repair and maintenance, with a strong understanding of automotive engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and safety.
  • Experience with reading and understanding engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.) and familiarity with business tools such as Asana and Jira.
