Principal Clinical Psychologist

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at NHS. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological input to children and young people with neurodiverse conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, outcomes-informed psychological therapy interventions with children, young people, and families.
- Work collaboratively with service users and their families/carers, including shared decision making and the use of clinician and patient-rated outcome measures.
- Contribute to the development of others through supervision, consultation, and training.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary services and across organisational boundaries.
Requirements
- A Professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
- Active registration as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
- Post-qualification training or proven equivalent experience in leadership or management.
- Post-qualification specialist therapy/assessment training relevant to children and young people.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £62,215 to £72,293 per annum (pro rata for part-time workers).
- A fixed-term contract of one year.
- Part-time, flexible working arrangements, including compressed hours.
