Clinical Psychologist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Specialist
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist clinical neuropsychological services to clients with complex needs, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans for clients with complex neurological and mental health needs
- Providing specialist clinical neuropsychological services to clients in a range of care settings, including outpatient, community, and inpatient settings
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans, including psychological therapies and evidence-based interventions
- Leading on service development and redesign initiatives, including the development of new services and the improvement of existing services
- Providing training and supervision to other staff members, including psychologists and other healthcare professionals

Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will have:
- A professional doctorate in clinical psychology or equivalent qualifications
- HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
- Experience of working with clients with complex neurological and mental health needs
- Experience of leading on service development and redesign initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
