Technical Administrator Position

The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately and demonstrate a strong aptitude for IT, excellent communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and structure the network documentation to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Update and manage databases related to network faults and site access.
- Manage access controls and permissions for network systems.
- Assist in tracking and resolving network faults and issues.
- Collaborate with IT and support teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on network status and issues.
- Provide administrative support to the network support team as needed.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT-based discipline.
- CCNA Administrator certification preferred.
Essential
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a first-line technical support role.
- Proficiency in using IT systems and software for documentation and database management.
- An understanding of basic IT network concepts.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to be proactive and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
