Job Description:

As a Senior Accountant with Dexcom, Inc., you will be part of a dynamic EMEA Finance and Accounting team that drives credible financial reporting across multiple countries. This role requires a strong background in financial accounting, with prior experience in a similar position and proficiency in Oracle or other major ERP systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monthly closure of financial records across various companies and offices, ensuring timely and accurate EMEA-wide reporting.
  2. Supporting internal and external audits for group and local statutory purposes, working closely with external and internal business partners to ensure compliance.
  3. Preparing monthly reporting packages for management review, including variance analyses and reconciliations.
  4. Collaborating with IT to support financial systems testing.
  5. Implementing and maintaining systems and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines and internal controls for regulatory compliance.
  6. Providing timely accounting and analytical assistance to finance and other company personnel, responding to financial queries to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a financial accounting role.
  • Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Oracle or other major ERP systems.
