We are seeking an ER Services Advisor to join our high-performing shared services team at Chubb Fire & Security Group. As an ER Services Advisor, you will provide professional and accurate Employee Relations advice to the business, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist support and advice in relation to employee relations matters to line managers and employees
- Attend meetings with managers across the business to discuss employee relations matters
- Support on projects within the HR department, ensuring effective implementation of HR processes and procedures
- Administer HR processes and procedures, ensuring accurate and timely completion of cases
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and files
- Prior experience in a generalist HR role with exposure to ER related matters
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- HR Shared Service Centre experience would be an advantage
- Strong customer service skills and excellent stakeholder management
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines with high volumes and conflicting demands
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player
- Good organisational skills with ability to multitask
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Up to £35,000 per annum
