About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Preston. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on building plant, equipment, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on building plant, equipment, and systems.
  • Respond to site engineering emergencies.
  • Record all reactive and PPM tasks accurately and in detail using report sheets and ensure signed by the client weekly.
  • Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks carried out to provide safe working practices.

Requirements:

  • NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 Plumbing (MUST)
  • NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 HVAC (MUST)
  • BOAS (Boiler Operation Accreditation Scheme) (DESIRED)
  • AP11-Authorised person mechanical system (Boiler and pressure system)(DESIRED)
