Key Responsibilities
- Assist the branch manager in the structure and organization of the office diary to ensure adequate time is given to key activities.
- Contribute to the company goal of creating the largest active market share of any agent in the area.
- Work closely with the branch manager to ensure branch staff adhere to the company business priorities and deliver exceptional client standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to encourage commendations and recommendations.
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to ensure we retain clients and engage positively with all customers to encourage referrals.
- Ensure that the correct viewing booking process is followed, creating urgency by market chat, and setting expectations of the applicant as far as indicating acceptable offer levels.
- Exceed personal and branch activity and income targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Valuer.
- Ability to liaise with clients and customers confidently and professionally.
- Ambitious and career-orientated individual.
- Enthusiastic and proactive work ethic.
- Driver's license with own vehicle (essential).
- Business use insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
