After Sales Manager Position Overview

As a key member of our client's team, the After Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities, ensuring the quality of products meets set standards and customer requirements, and managing the performance of the team while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all operational activities to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Continuously improve product quality to meet customer expectations
  • Manage team performance, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Control expenditure and manage capital requirements within a set budget
  • Prepare production and performance reports for senior management
  • Build effective working relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program
  • Maintain administrative records and inventory levels
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Management qualifications advantageous
  • Track record of leading teams to meet organisational targets
  • Strong background in managing and maintaining heavy plant machinery
  • High-level understanding of relevant health and safety regulations
Remuneration:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £46,000, plus benefits including 20 days' annual leave, 3 days at Christmas, and 8 bank holidays. A pension scheme is also available.
