About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lettings and Rentals Manager to join our dynamic team at Crux Careers. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, liaising with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out market appraisals and valuations to bring properties to market
  • Managing client relationships and providing regular updates
  • Reporting key performance indicators and market analysis to directors
  • Registering applicants, booking viewings, and identifying opportunities for valuations and financial services
  • Improving market share and identifying growth opportunities
  • Providing ongoing training and assistance to the lettings team

Requirements:

  • Previous sales or lettings estate agency experience
  • Hunger for success and eagerness to learn
  • Confidence in admitting mistakes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
