We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related traits in a new educational site. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a caring and adaptive environment that fosters growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students academically and socially, promoting confidence, independence, and social skills.
- Teach essential life skills alongside academic basics, including literacy and math.
- Create engaging activities to build a supportive peer community.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young people, particularly those with diverse needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across various classroom settings.
