About The Job

Graham Careers is currently recruiting for an Edinburgh Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in Edinburgh. This position comes with a salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, reviewing project plans and specifications, and scheduling material deliveries.
  2. They will also need to plan and coordinate site activities to ensure timely completion of projects, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including consultants and subcontractors.

Essential Technical Competencies
  • Proven experience in a Site Engineer or Construction Management role, with strong knowledge of building regulations and codes.
