Role Summary:
A transformation lead is required for a leading FMCG business to oversee the implementation of changes across the organization, focusing on projects that drive business growth and improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in change management processes and methods, project management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a clear process for delivering changes across the organisation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with leadership to prioritise projects and ensure successful implementation.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to change management, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Ensure effective training, communication, and support are provided during the change process.
  • Regularly review progress and provide updates to leaders on the impact of changes on the business.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in change management processes and methods.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
