Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement change management strategies to drive organisational change and improve business performance.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these areas.
  4. Analyse data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business improvement.
  5. Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and other teams to ensure alignment and progress on projects.

You Will Need

  • Proven experience in transformation leadership roles, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of up to £56,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A hybrid working model, with opportunities to work remotely and from our offices.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £56,000 per annum
