We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Specialist Recovery Worker to join our Mental Health and Complex Needs service in South London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who are experiencing or at risk of a mental health crisis.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized recovery plans with service users to empower them to manage their mental health and wellbeing.
- Provide one-to-one support and guidance to service users, helping them to identify causes of crises and develop strategies to prevent future crises.
- Liaise with statutory providers and other voluntary sector agencies to ensure seamless support and treatment for service users.
- Actively participate in continued professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based interventions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, support, and interventions provided.
As a Specialist Recovery Worker at Hestia, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our service users. Requirements- Demonstrable experience of working with individuals who have experienced mental health difficulties.

- Ability to work at evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Good IT skills and ability to complete basic financial transactions.
