**Role Purpose**

To provide a high-quality education service for students in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and practices.

This involves planning, delivering, and teaching individual students or small groups, as well as monitoring, recording, and reporting on student progress.

You will also contribute to the development and implementation of an environment and programme of learning for individual students.

Responsibilities include coordinating the teaching, development, assessment, recording, and reporting of subjects and areas of learning across key stages.
