BAE Systems is seeking an Engineering Lifecycle Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Platform Systems Governance and Assurance team, you will be responsible for supporting the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the T&FC Operational Framework and Code of Practice.

The salary for this role is £45,628+ dependent on skills and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive benefits including a pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance, and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective governance structures, manage emerging or existing compliance risks, and support inspections and recertification processes. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in a STEM related subject and be a Chartered Engineer or working towards it.
