Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team in Droitwich. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for working within our chilled warehouse, using complex equipment to ensure production meets plan. Your duties will include packing products into trolleys, moving heavy trolleys around the warehouse, loading trolleys into trailers, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within the chilled warehouse using complex equipment to ensure production meets plan
  • Packing products into trolleys
  • Be moving heavy trolleys around the warehouse
  • Loading trolleys into trailers
  • Working in a chilled environment
  • Keep yourself and your team members safe
  • Maintain a positive attitude and communicate any issues
Requirements
  • Warehouse / voice picking experience is preferred
  • Positive behaviours, such as being keen to learn, reliable, and hard-working
  • Ability to work with a variety of people and spend time on your own
