About the Role: As Head of Mechanical Engineering, you will be responsible for leading and managing the mechanical engineering team to develop and maintain our range of products. This includes overseeing the design, development, and testing of mechanical components and systems, ensuring all mechanical engineering projects are completed on time and within budget, and developing and implementing departmental policies, standards, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, development, and testing of mechanical components and systems.
  • Ensure all mechanical engineering projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field, a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a mechanical engineering department.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering software.
  • Proficient in CAD design tools 2D / 3D (CREO, SolidWorks), mechanical simulation tools (ANSYS).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with developing, implementing, monitoring and reporting KPI's.
