Job Description:

We are seeking a Temporary Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 2:30pm, during term time only.

The role involves providing support to the helpdesk, taking minutes of meetings, collating reports, and maintaining the contractor register. Other responsibilities include raising letters of assurance, performing purchase ledger checks, managing departmental budgets, invoicing, and assisting with project capital and revenue sheets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities, estate, or property administration, as well as strong organisational skills and excellent customer service and communication skills.

A competitive hourly rate of £13 per hour is offered, along with part-time hours and free lunches for a large part of the year.
