Digital Sales Optimiser

We are a fashion-lifestyle retailer with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Digital Sales Optimiser, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and effective trade strategies.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for analysing sales and margin data to identify opportunities for improvement, proposing and implementing solutions to boost poor sellers and optimise bestsellers. You will also work closely with key stakeholders to execute the e-commerce trading calendar and align it with brand, customer experience, and merchandising teams.
You will monitor and analyse sales and margin data, creating relevant reports to illustrate actions to optimise trade and propose solutions to the wider team. You will also ensure all onsite content plans are aligned with the e-commerce marketing calendar and customer pages strike a balance between supporting new stories and exciting products and being commercial.

Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
