Administrative Director

The Administrative Director will play a key role in connecting the dots across the business to help set and manage the President's overall agenda. This involves prioritizing, delegating, and completing work on behalf of the President, including preparing reports, presentations, managing and monitoring correspondence, and undertaking special projects.
- This position requires exceptional business acumen, discretion, networking, resilience, organizational skills, and the ability to manage ambiguity and confidential information with absolute composure.
- The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication abilities, technological skills, and experience in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Responsibilities:
- Email and communication management, time management and effective diary coordination, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and undertaking special projects.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with expert command of the English language.
- Technological skills and experience - proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £80,000-£120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
