Director of Football Administration

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Football Administration to join our team at Liverpool FC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of player status and administration, including contract management, transfer negotiations, and ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of football governance and regulatory affairs, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee all aspects of player status and administration, including contract management and transfer negotiations
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations, including Premier League Youth Development Rules, FA Agent Regulations, and FIFA RSTP
  3. Liaise with football's governing bodies, including the Premier League and EFL
  4. Monitor and record player eligibility for all competitions
  5. Nominated Club user for the FIFA Transfer Matching System (TMS)
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of football governance and regulatory affairs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience
  • Knowledge of current immigration laws affecting football
