About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Schools Content Producer to join our National Programmes and Outreach team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering pioneering, large-scale national projects and outreach programmes that engage young people in schools and the heritage sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver imaginative programmes and projects that meet the needs of schools and the heritage sector
  • Build strategic partnerships with external stakeholders to ensure offsite programmes are impactful and have national reach
  • Produce high-quality content that delights, surprises, and engages participants
  • Manage budgets of up to £100K in an education and/or heritage setting
  • Work with a diversity of young people and have a proven passion and talent for engaging them in learning
What We're Looking For

We are looking for an innovator who can think creatively and develop ideas that inspire and engage young people. You will have extensive experience in developing impactful offsite engagement programmes with national reach and a proven track record of building effective partnerships in the schools and/or heritage/cultural sector. You will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
