We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our National Programmes and Outreach team as a Schools Content Producer. This is an exciting opportunity to develop pioneering, large-scale national projects and outreach programmes that engage young people in schools and the heritage sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver imaginative programmes and projects that meet the needs of schools and the heritage sector
  • Build strategic partnerships with external stakeholders to ensure offsite programmes have national reach and impact
  • Produce high-quality content that delights, surprises, and engages participants
  • Manage budgets of up to £100K in an education and/or heritage setting
  • Work with a diversity of young people and have a proven passion for engaging them in learning
Requirements
  • Extensive experience developing impactful offsite engagement programmes with national reach
  • Experience building effective partnerships in the schools and/or heritage/cultural sector
  • Substantial experience in producing content for young people and managing budgets
  • Significant experience working with diverse young people and a proven passion for engaging them in learning
  • Demonstrable interest in inclusive histories and representing diverse perspectives in content
