About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Producer to join our Schools and Communities team at Historic Royal Palaces. As a key member of our Palace Programmes team, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering high-quality learning opportunities across our sites, off-site, and online.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Schools Content Manager and Producers to devise, deliver, and administer imaginative programmes and projects that meet the needs and interests of schools and young people.
- Take an audience-focused approach in developing distinctive content that delights, surprises, and engages participants.
- Contribute to high-quality outputs for schools and enhance HRP's reputation as a sector leader for learning.
- Lead training and build relationships with teachers through a confident knowledge of school curriculums and an understanding of their needs and concerns.
- Manage large volumes of data, coordinate events, and multiple projects while maintaining a high level of organisation.
