Clinical Care Specialist

As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. You will work closely with our clinical training team to stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and advancements in the field.
With a competitive salary of £20.55 per hour plus pay rate enhancements on certain shifts, you will be rewarded for your hard work and dedication. In addition, you will receive a welcome bonus of £3000 and reimbursement of annual NMC Pin registration fee.
You will have the flexibility to choose from various shift options, including days, evenings, nights, and alternate weekends. Our comprehensive training and development program will help you grow in your career and achieve your goals.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents in line with their individual care plans.
- You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.
- You will maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- You will participate in regular clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care.

Requirements:
