**Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Youth Justice Specialist to join our Children's Services team. As a key member of our Future4me service, you will be responsible for managing and conducting complex assessments and reports, contributing to case planning and review, and working with children and young people who are subject to statutory court orders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and conduct a range of complex assessments and reports
  • Contribute to case planning and review
  • Work with children and young people who are subject to statutory court orders
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including young people, families, and other professionals

**Requirements**

  • Experience in youth justice, children's social care, or probation
  • Understanding of risk assessment, risk management, and safeguarding
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
