Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Material Handling Equipment Trainer to join our team at THE COLLECTIVE NETWORK LIMITED. As an MHE Trainer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of training and safety in our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for warehouse staff on the safe operation and maintenance of Material Handling Equipment.
- Conduct regular training sessions and assessments to ensure staff are competent in the use of MHE.
- Collaborate with warehouse management to identify training needs and develop targeted training programs.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an MHE Trainer or in a related training role.
- Strong knowledge of Material Handling Equipment and warehouse operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
