**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Motorsport-Total GmbH. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a dynamic production team.

**Estimated Salary:** €50,000 - €70,000 per annum

As an Automotive Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality road cars and overseeing the activities of a group of Production Team Members. Your key duties will include:

  • Ensuring daily and annual volume throughput targets are met
  • Contributing to achieving quality standards and maintaining Lean Manufacturing methodologies
  • Providing training and support to Team Members to achieve high-quality working practices and processes
  • Assisting in the continuous improvement of production and business processes

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in automotive manufacturing or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and cover absence within the team
